Good news! We have partnered with Ninja Van to ensure an even more seamless return. Your package would come with a return label. If you'd need to return the item to us, simply re-pack the item and paste the return label on the parcel.

Terms:

  • Your return must reach us within 15 days from date of delivery/collection
  • You must indicate your order number on the parcel (otherwise it will be indicated as 'lost)
  • You may exchange for another item, or opt for store credits (no refunds will be made)
  • We regret to inform you that we will strictly reject items with any stains (including make-up and deodorant stains) and/or pet fur 
  • Due to hygiene purposes, socks and yoga mats cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returns are not valid for items bought on Sale, Clearance, pre-order and backorder
  • For orders outside of Singapore and Malaysia, we only provide returns in the form of store credits

Steps to exchange

1) Click on this link to initiate a return request

2) Opt between choosing another product (of similar value) or store credits.

  • If you'd like to exchange for something of a higher value (which would require an additional top up), please reach out to us separately via hello@anyaactive.com
  • If you opted for another product (of lower value), the balance would be returned to you in the form of store credits

3) Ship the item(s) back via your own courier/tracked mailing OR use the NINJA VAN return waybill that has been included in your parcel and drop it off at any of the Ninja Points (incl. ALL 7-11 stores)
