Our Exchange Policy
Fit is important, and that's why... We now offer free exchange*! 🥳
What does this mean?
You no longer need to ship the parcel back to us (via tracked mailing service). Now, we will arrange for the parcel to be collected back from you. On us!
*Singapore only, effective as of orders made after 4 May 2023
For orders outside of Singapore, we will return in store credits instead
Steps for exchange:
1) Please e-mail us at email@example.com with the following information:
- E-mail address used to place the order
- Order number
- Colour and size of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Colour and size of the replacement item(s)
Kindly wait for our e-mail acknowledgment before the next step.
2) We will send an e-mail to arrange for the parcel to be collected back from you. Kindly note that this is only valid if someone would be around to hand the parcel over to our courier.
If there is no one at home to hand the parcel over to our courier, you'd need to print a waybill (sent from us), and drop the parcel off at the nearest Ninja Point.
To expedite the process, please indicate your order number on the outside of the parcel. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels.
3) Once we receive your return item(s), we’ll follow up with you. This includes placing a new order for your replacement item(s) on your behalf, or rejecting and sending back your return item if it does not meet our conditions for exchange.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our exchange policy conditions. Please read the full terms below before proceeding.
Conditions for exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition with tags on.
- Returned items with any stains (including make-up and deodorant stains) and/or pet fur will be rejected by default.
- Due to hygiene purposes, yoga mats cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale, clearance, pre-order and backorder apparel cannot be exchanged.
- If you wish to exchange your purchased item for a product of higher value, a top-up in price difference is required. The top-up will be based on the original price, excluding any discounts or promo codes.
- No refunds in price difference will be given if you choose to exchange your purchased item for a product of a lower value.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges from products bought from third parties. Please contact the store or website you originally bought your item(s) from.
