Good news! We have partnered with Ninja Van to ensure an even more seamless return. Your package would come with a return label. If you'd need to return the item to us, simply re-pack the item and paste the return label on the parcel.

  • Your return must reach us within 21 days from date of delivery/collection
  • You must indicate your order number on the parcel (otherwise it will be indicated as 'lost)
  • You may exchange for another item, or opt for store credits (no refunds will be made)
  • We regret to inform you that we will strictly reject items with any stains (including make-up and deodorant stains) and/or pet fur 
  • Due to hygiene purposes, socks and yoga mats cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returns are not valid for items bought on Sale, Clearance, pre-order and backorder
  • For orders outside of Singapore, we only provide returns in the form of store credits

Steps to exchange

1) Click on this link to initiate a return request

2) Exchanges can only be made for products of the same value. If you'd like to exchange it for a different product, kindly return the original item in exchange for store credits and proceed to repurchase the new product.

3) A return label is included with all Singapore order. Scan QR code on the return label and input the sender & recipient details online. Please proceed to make the delivery payment.

You can then drop the parcel off at any of the Ninja Points

4) If you don't wish to return via Ninja Van, you can use any of your own courier/tracked mailing (eg Singpost/own transport)
