Terms:

  • Your return must reach us within 15 days from date of delivery/collection
  • You must indicate your order number on the parcel (otherwise it will be indicated as 'lost)
  • You may exchange for another item, or opt for store credits (no refunds will be made)
  • For items only bought in store, we only allow exchanges for items bought at Dewpoint @ Cluny Court
  • We regret to inform you that we will strictly reject items with any stains (including make-up and deodorant stains) and/or pet fur 
  • Returns are not valid for items bought on Sale, Clearance. Returns are also not valid for yoga mats & socks for hygiene reasons.
  • For orders outside of Singapore and Malaysia, we only provide returns in the form of store credits

Steps to exchange: Online

1) Click on this link to initiate a return request

2) Opt between choosing another product (of similar value) or store credits.

  • If you'd like to exchange for something of a higher value (which would require an additional top up), please reach out to us separately via hello@anyaactive.com
  • If you opted for another product (of lower value), the balance would be returned to you in the form of store credits

3) Ship the item(s) back via your own courier/tracked mailing.

For customers in Malaysia, there are 2 main options:

i) Head over to any of Ninja Van Drop Off Point and inform the staff to ship the parcel to Singapore (costs less than RM20 depending on the weight).

ii) Easyparcel (https://app.easyparcel.com/my/en/single/Malaysia-to-Singapore) -- it will cost about RM20.

Steps to exchange: Offline (Singapore only)

1) Head over to our store (Cluny Court 01-03b)

2) Show our staff your email receipt. Item must still be in its original condition with the tag on.
