Full time role.

Responsibilities:

• Create a smooth and welcoming customer experience for every guest, including handling their inquiries, being attentive to their needs and offering advice on fit
• Execute & oversee day-to-day operations at the store, including opening/closing, inventory management, replenishments
• Upkeeping a clean and tidy shopping environment, providing feedback to HQ on how to improve customers' experience
• Manage & communicate closely with part-time retail ambassadors
• Work collaboratively with HQ to provide prompt updates

Requirements:

• Must be 21 and above
• You must have an interest & passion in fitness and/or activewear
• You are an empathetic individual who is able to anticipate & understand the needs of our potential customers. You love meeting new people.
• You are dependable, organised & pro-active
• Location: Central, Singapore
