Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth Marketing Lead based in Singapore. This role owns our commercial growth engine: The full funnel from customer acquisition through to conversion & retention.
Your scope
- Own Meta Ads channel for SG market, focusing on new customer acquisition & CAC efficiency.
- Own CRM strategy, including segmentation, lifecycle flows, loyalty, ensuring that every CRM and campaign activity is integrated within the marketing ecosystem of the brand.
- Work with team to produce weekly marketing report and coordinate creative asset creation for paid ads.
- Constantly work on testing and iterating creative assets across all growth channels, including but not limited to Meta Ads and CRM.
- Drive SEO/GEO as a long-term channel alongside paid ads.
- Assist in driving conversion rate optimisation across website, working closely with our agency to coordinate the improvements made.
- Understand and own the connection between acquisition, conversion and retention.

- 2-4 years of experience in growth/e-commerce/performance marketing.
- You use AI regularly and you're excited by its potential! You're AI native.
- Fluent with martech and data tools, including but not limited to Meta Ads and Klaviyo.

Your scope:
- Act as the voice of the brand, both internally and externally, maintaining alignment across teams and partners
- Drive the brand's presence in the community by overseeing events, community activations within the fitness community
- Identify, plan and manage strategic collaborations with like-minded brands, content creators and any clubs in the community
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution of any projects
- Develop and manage a network of ambassadors and creators to stregthen brand identity and authenticity
- Be up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities

- 2-4+ years of working experience in brand marketing/influencer marketing/partnerships
- An eye for aesthetics & flair for linguistics (eg writing)

Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to execute creative design projects & bring creative vision to life
- Produce design assets for brand, including but not limited to socials, email, brand merchandise and packaging
- Collaborate with marketing & creative team to brainstorm and ideate for campaigns, assisting in execution including production of assets and reviewing samples
- Assist in art direction of campaigns and photoshoots
- Ensure all outputs are cohesive and are reflective of the brand's identity
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of working experience in graphic design/ art direction
- Strong understanding of design principles (including but not limited to typography, colours, hierachy)
- You thrive in an environment where you can work independently and pursue your goals creatively
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- AI fluency + familiarity (even passion) in active lifestyle a plus

Your scope:
- Design and Development: Draft concepts, designs and create technical drawings (TPs) of confirmed activewear products
- Fabric and Material Selection: Research, source, and develop fabrics, considering performance and aesthetic aspects
- Manage prototype rounds, fit sessions, and wear-tests; iterate to commercial-ready specs, while championing size-inclusive grading and adaptive fit solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent carries through launch, briefing creatives & marketing team on product storytelling & features
- Research: Stay up-to-date on current trends & innovation in the activewear space
How we imagine you to be:
- You have an eye for visuals, trends, colours and aesthetics
- You are passionate about fashion (Big bonus: If you're also passionate about that active lifestyle or are highly familiar with activewear)
- 2-4 years experience in fashion design/fashion merchandising, specifically in designing activewear
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator & CLO 3D (or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of pattern-making, grading, and construction for stretch fabrics.
