1) Speedy delivery

Your orders will be packed and sent out within a maximum of 2 working days. This is with the exception of backorders*. 

We believe in transparency. If we are not able to fulfill the above, we will reach out to you. For all our products, we hold inventory and hence are able to ship the items to you within the next day or two.

2) We will do whatever that is possible to get your fit right

Buying online can be hard, and that is why we allow for exchange of your apparel, including sports bra, as long as the item is in its original condition and it is within 14 days of receipt of product. While there is still a small re-delivery fee, the option for exchange will always be there.

3) We act based on your feedback

If your favourite design/colour/size is out of stock, drop us a message and we will respond. We are a strong believer in providing an exceptional customer service - that means keeping our communication channels open and actually having conversations with you, our customers.

*We may open for backorders when our item is out of stock. Typically, you will receive the order within 2-4 weeks after placing a backorder.
