When can I expect my parcel to arrive?

  • Item will be shipped the next working day and you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code in it. You should expect it to arrive within 3-4 working days. *Exception: Expect delays during this COVID-19 situation.

Why have I not received any update from Anya Active regarding my order status?

  • Check your junk folder, otherwise you can contact us at hello@anyaactive.com. 

Can I exchange/return my product?

  • We do not provide refunds at this point, but we welcome exchange of products (subject to availability, and excludes yoga mats). For more info on how to exchange your product, please refer to this link.

What size is suitable for me?

  • Our sizing is true to local (Asian) sizes. The exact measurement is provided in every product page on our website. For sports bra, you can refer to this link.

 What is Anya Rewards Program?

  • We launched the Program to reward all our customers, for believing in our brand. With the program, customers earn points for every $1 spent with Anya, which can later be redeemed for perks! It's absolutely free, no strings attached.
