Q: When can I expect my parcel to arrive?

• Item will be shipped the next working day and you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code in it. You should expect it to arrive within 2-4 working days. 

Q: How does Backorder work?

• We may open for Backorder when a product is out of stock, and is waiting to be restocked. There will be a waiting time of between 1-4 weeks for the product to be restocked.
• Do note that if you placed an order with an item on Backorder, we will ship out the order once all the items are stocked. If you need the other items urgently, please contact us at hello@anyaactive.com. 

Q: Can I exchange/return my product?

• We do not provide refunds at this point, but we welcome exchange of products (subject to availability, and excludes yoga mats). For more info on how to exchange your product, please refer to this link.

Apparel Care Instructions:

Ideally, go for the classic hand wash.

In the sink, tub or shower - just add a little bit of detergent, gently rub and leave to dry.

Do not rub too hard or soak your garment. 

Machine wash

If you have to go for machine wash,

• Use cold water
• Air dry if possible
• Do not bleach / iron / dry clean / use fabric softener
• If possible, use sports-specific laundry detergent to remove the dirt and smell. Otherwise, use gentle/mild detergent
• For bras, wash the padding inserts separately (ideally hand-washed) so they stay in shape
• Wash dark and light-coloured apparel separately!

Pro-tip: Use lingerie or laundry net bag so they don't lose their shape. Wash your apparel inside out. Don't wring your activewear!

Specially for Everywear Leggings: Refrain from rubbing it against abrasive surface or material (eg: denim, resistance band, asphalt floor) during workout or even during washing
